Lifestyle change for the better

Sitting back and talking to my wife Andrea, we started talking about our weight issues. I struggle with food and one of my vices is soda I do love soda! As my 30^th birthday approaches I thought to myself why not give myself the best present I could give myself! That present is to lose weight! I am currently 285 pounds yikes to even think about! My goal is to be less than 250 pounds by my Birthday! I am going to keep a blog and podcast for this journey along with photos yes photos! For those who read or listen or even have my number keep me honest and keep me on this journey! I am excited for this! Below is my starting picture at 285 pounds.
